- Creative Chalk does not provide or sell any identifying information provided by you or your browser to any third party. We may email you to notify you of important changes to the site and to respond to feedback and bug reports.
- Whenever you use this service it’s under the terms of a legal contract with Creative Chalk.
- If you misuse this service, we may terminate our agreement with you. This might result in your access to this service being disabled.
- We don’t plan to discontinue this service, but we reserve the right to.
- You can terminate your agreement with us at any time by closing your account. Come back anytime!
- Remember that when you use our services, you remain entirely responsible for your conduct and actions, as well as for any content you’ve submitted to us.
- You are responsibile for your account security and passwords. Activities that happen on your account are your responsibility.
- Creative Chalk does not assert any ownership rights in your content. What belongs to you, stays yours.
- We do require that you give us a licence to the content you post so that we can host it and, if you ask us to, make it available to others.
- Again, you are responsible for your content. We agree to host your content and will do our best to ensure it stays in pristine condition, but we are not responsible for your content in any way.
- This is a beta service and in constant change. If you’re scared of change, this is not the place for you. If change excites you, welcome to the party :-)!
- We hope that you enjoy this service, but we don't make any promises about it working miracles, or about its reliability or availability.
- Creative Chalk is not responsible for things that might happen to you as a consequence of your use of this service.
